DRAKE'S THRONE-Sir Frances Drake used to perch himself high above Magen's Bay and survey the surrounding seas. Taken from a photo from a recent trip to the USVI, I used Beadscape for the first time to graph out this pattern. Like all my loomwork, it is made in many strips that are then stitched together. I decided to use size 6 seed beads to create a larger more impressive piece.
