INSECTS & PEPPERMINTS (15"x15") Inspired by looking at books about insects and thinking about how they are constructed, I set out to bead some 3-D bugs and display them as if they were pinned specimens in a shadow box. Peppermint beads were made by Kate Fowle-Meleney & David Christensen.
