NOW OPEN..
Now Open at the Afro-Caribbean Drum Center in St. Thomas, USVI. Beadmeistermel and her husband Jammin' Jerry Z have recently relocated to downtown Charlotte Amalie in St. Thomas. At #1 Snegle Gade you will find Mel in the courtyard of the Afro-Caribbean Drum Center, sellin' bead artwork & jewelry with her own hand-made glass beads, as well as beads, beading supplies and a good selection of Czech seed beads. It's open air bead shopping in the Caribbean, baby!!
Upstairs houses the Afro-Caribbean Drum Center. Daily tours last 45 minutes and include demonstrations of various drums from Africa & the Caribbean as well as Hands-On Drumming (no experience necessary). PLAY DRUMS! HAVE FUN!
