I purchased a holiday ornament in this shape with the intention of beading around it. As it had twenty 3-sided points, this proved very difficult because my thread kept getting snagged. I continued the endeavor free-form, using cardboard supports and cotton stuffing to retain the shape. Each point is a different color done in 2-drop Brick Stitch.
